SteelWeaver has now added even more ways to get in touch! Check out the Chat section for these great new updates to make contacting SteelWeaver even easier.

There are a few changes to note however. First and foremost, is that there will NO LONGER be any shipping methods other than Purolator, XpressPost, FedEx, or UPS. This is a global change. I've lost too many packages through regular post, and had too many customers upset at the lack of definitive delivery times and un-trackable packages. Every order will be calculated on a per-order basis, the exact shipping amounts I am quoted by each shipping company. Basically, regular post is no longer an option. No exceptions.

A few people have asked how to order items from us. This has been added to the FAQ section as well. It should be relatively easy, but after a major overhaul of the site as we did, new things can throw your mind for a loop. A lot of changes have happened, and we've been getting a lot of questions about them! Please take a few minutes to read through there. If your questions aren't answered, then feel free to email me, or go to the Chat page to see the different IM programs in use if you want immediate attention, I may be online!

We at SteelWeaver have been creating wire art since 1992, but started making chainmaille in full force in 2002. We pride ourselves in our quality and attention to detail.
